Meditation, practiced on a daily basis positively influences all aspects of our being - body, mind and soul.

Research has showed that it helps in the management of health conditions ranging from high blood pressure, to cancer, to depression, but from a holistic view, it is even more beneficial if practiced regularly as it induces the Restful Awareness Response, which has physiological effects which are directly opposite to those caused by the stress response.
