Do I need to remove my clothes for massage?
No you don’t have to remove your clothes, but it does help to take the clothing off in the area being treated to get the best benefits.

How long should I allow for a massage?
Here at Catalyst Health and Wellness Group (CHWG) our initial massage length is 40mins this allows for your therapist to sit and discuss concerns and complete any assessments while also performing your initial treatment.
